Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup milk 1 egg 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, egg, onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. 3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
