Scallops

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. scallops
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the scallops and pat them dry.
2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the scallops and remove from the heat.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
