Sauteed Spinach and Tomatoes

Olive oil with garlic
1 bag spinach
2-3 handfulls cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic if using plain olive oil

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Add minced garic if using with the spinach, cook 1-2 minutes
Add tomatoes and heat another 2 minutes until tomatoes glisten.
Season with salt and pepper.

Prep: 5 minutes
Serves: 2
