Roasted Chicken Breasts

Roasted Chicken Breasts (Joanna recipe)

These are good for slicing for salads, sandwiches, etc. The meat also stays juicy through reheating.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts
butter - 1 tsp for each breast
Seasonings:
salt
pepper
garlic powder
seasonned salt

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

1) fill a bowl with water to cover breasts 
add 1 tbsp salt for each breast 
let stand 15 minutes to 1 hour 
Remove and dry with paper towels.

2) Place on baking sheet. 
Melt butter, brush onto chicken.
Sprinkle with seasonings.

3) Roast for 15-20 minutes until firm but not dry.
