Meatloaf 4 Hour Body

Meatloaf (4 hour body)

1 lb fatty ground beef (organic)
2 whole eggs
1 large yellow onion (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
handful of spinach
3-4 oz chevre goat cheese
2 cans of tomato paste (12 oz total)
Seasonings: 
4 shakes cayenne pepper
3 finger punch oregano
3 coarse grinds salt + pepper
1 sprig of rosemary

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

1) add meat, eggs, garlic, and onions in a large mixing bowl, mix together.

2) Get plastic wrap sheet and roll out meat mixture on top of it.  
Flatten the meat to create a long rectangle

3) Add a can of tomato paste to the top. Add a row of goat cheese and spinach on top.

4) Use ends of plastic wrap to create a roll.

5) Add second can of tomato paste to the top and sprinkle rosemary over that.

6) Cook 50-60 minutes to 150 degrees
