Lasagna

Lasagna Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
4. In a medium bowl, beat egg. Stir in ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
5. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread 1/3 of meat sauce. Layer with 4 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of cheese mixture, and 1/3 of meat sauce. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with meat sauce on top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
7. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
8. Bake uncovered for an additional 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
