Crab Legs
Ingredients: - 1 pound of crab legs - 4 tablespoons of butter - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 lemon, cut into wedges - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Rinse the crab legs and pat them dry with paper towels. 3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. 4. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the crab legs. 6. Place the crab legs on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. 8. Serve the crab legs with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the meat. 9. Enjoy!
