Chopped Liver

Chopper Liver (Nancy's)

2 lb chicken livers
2-3 large onions chopped
oil (vegetable)
6-8 eggs, hardboiled
Chicken stock and soup base (in a jar)

Broil livers until no longer pink, chop in a food processor.
Brown the onions in oil, do not drain, reserve oil.
Add onions to food processor, chap with liver and eggs.
Season with reserved oil and 2 tbsp chicken stock base to taste.
