Ingredients: - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 slices of ham - 4 slices of Swiss cheese - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - 1 egg - 1/4 cup milk - Salt and pepper - Toothpicks - Cooking oil Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet until they are a uniform thickness. 3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. 4. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. 5. Roll up the chicken, tucking in the ends, and secure with toothpicks. 6. In three separate bowls, put the flour, beaten egg and milk mixture, and breadcrumbs. 7. Dip each chicken roll first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs. 8. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 9. Sear the chicken rolls in the skillet on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. 10. Transfer the chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through. 11. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
