Caramel Apple Pie Enchiladas
Ingredients: - 2 cans of apple pie filling - 1/2 cup of caramel sauce - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon - 8 flour tortillas - 1/2 cup of melted butter - 1/2 cup of sugar - 1/2 cup of brown sugar - Vanilla ice cream (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. 2. In a bowl, mix together the apple pie filling, caramel sauce, and cinnamon. 3. Spoon a generous amount of the apple mixture onto each flour tortilla and roll them up, placing them seam side down in the baking dish. 4. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Pour this mixture over the rolled up tortillas in the baking dish. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the enchiladas are golden brown and bubbly. 6. Serve the enchiladas warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top if desired. Enjoy!
